Sardines in brine
Ingredients
1 avocado1 fennel
2 paprika (different colors)
1 can sardines in brine
Bunch of rucola
4 quail’s eggs
salt, black pepper
lemon
olive oil
Preparation
Boil the eggs for 2 minutes. Cut them in half. Fry the fennel on the frying pan. Slice the paprika and avocado.
Mix all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle over the olive oil and lemon.
