Sardines in vegetable oil
Ingredients
2 potatoes (can use sweet potatoes)2 eggs
1 can sardines in olive/vegetable oil
¼ spicy paprika powder
salt, black pepper
optional: chopped herbs of your choice (parsley, dill etc.)
Preparation
Slice potatoes and boil them for one minute (or until tender). Fry the eggs. Sprinkle of paprika powder, salt and black pepper.
Serve potatoes, then sardines and egg on the plate.
Sprinkle with herbs.
